In order to manufacture physical copies of your content, USB Drives for Music Artists requires proof that you hold the rights to reproduce the materials you're ordering. To ensure this, every new order must include a completed Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) form. This form serves as your confirmation and documentation of the rights to reproduce the content we create for you. Please note, we cannot begin processing your order without a completed IPR form. Yes, we accept returns only for defective products.  It is advised that you inspect all of your products as soon as you receive them, as there is a 14 day return policy from the date that you received your order.

• Music Album Cover Cards are not returnable, so be sure your images are high quality.    
• Your original photo file needs to be created at a resolution of 350 dpi. If a file is created at a low resolution and manually changed (resized) to a higher resolution, it will not change the quality of the image. The only difference it would make is that the file would be rescaled, and the density of the pixels or dots would change, not the number of dots or pixels in the file.
• It is possible to use a free upscale photo online program if you have a low quality photo to increase pixels, but please understand we still cannot guarantee the best high quality.
• Any photos Under 300 DPI Will turn out with a lower quality print and possibly slightly pixelated.
• Acceptable photo files are BMP, .GIF, .JPG, .PNG.  We prefer JPG.
• Cover cards can only be ordered in lots of 50 or 100.
• USB cover cards are the same thing that you would normally get in a CD case.  The front has your album front cover and the back of the card has your music listings.
• Both front and back are on a 4" x 4" card for our customers to insert into their beautiful USB iridescent reclosable bags and the cards comes in full color on both sides.  So be sure to get a package that includes the reclosable bags.
• If you order the album cover cards, you have to upload copies of your front and back album covers. (above form)
• If you do not already have this in digital photos, you can scan them in color and email them to us. Photos taken with a camera cannot be accepted. 
• You will need to specify matte or glossy, if nothing is chosen, the order will be filled with a glossy finish.
• NOTICE:  Shipping takes longer, when you add the cover cards to your order as it takes time to get these printed; approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Thank you for your patience.

Yes, there are shipping fees according to the weight of your products.  Unfortunately, postage has taken a raise in the past years and products are more expensive to ship these days.

We have taken great care in trying to keep your shipping costs to a minimum and in some cases we actually pay extra to ship the products to you.  We will alway strive to offer you the best possiable shipping rates.
