• Music Album Cover Cards are not returnable, so be sure your images are high quality.  (See next question)

• Your original photo file needs to be created at a resolution of 350 dpi. If a file is created at a low resolution and manually changed (resized) to a higher resolution, it will not change the quality of the image. The only difference it would make is that the file would be rescaled, and the density of the pixels or dots would change, not the number of dots or pixels in the file.
• It is possible to use a free upscale photo online program if you have a low quality photo, but please understand we still cannot guarantee the best high quality.
• Any photos under 300 DPI Will turn out with a lower quality print and possibly slightly pixelated.
• If you order the album cover cards, you have to upload copies of your front and back album covers.
• If you do not already have this in digital photos, you can scan them in color and upload on this page. Photos taken with a camera of your album covers cannot be accepted.
• Once we receive the front and back cover cards, if we do not feel like the quality will be acceptable, we will call you to workout a solution because we cannot process low quality photos.  We want your project to turn out with professional top quality that your customers will love!

Acceptable photo files are BMP, .GIF, .JPG, .PNG.  We prefer JPG.

• USB cover cards are the same thing that you would normally get in a CD case.  The front has your album front cover and the back of the card has your music listings.
• The cards comes in full color on both sides.
• Both front cover and back cover are on a 4" x 4" card and inserted in a beautiful silver iridescent reclosable bag along with the USB Flash Drive.
• If you order the album cover cards, you have to upload copies of your front and back album covers. (form below)

• The music album cover cards are printed on a 14 point card stock.
• You will need to specify matte or glossy, if nothing is chosen, the order will be filled with a glossy finish.  Glossy finish is our most popular choice and gives a very professional look.

• If you do not have your front & back covers in digital photos, you can scan them in color at 350dpi from your music CD and upload them below.
• Photos taken with a camera cannot be accepted. 

• NOTE: When ordering music album cover cards, your USB reclosable bags will automatically be changed to the size that your music album cover cards will fit into, and they are iridescent silver only, colors are not available, however, these iridescent silver bags are beautiful and your Card and USB Flash Drive fits perfectly inside.
• NO WORRIES: If when you ordered your package and you chose a color for your reclosable USB Bags, it will be automatically changed to the proper size and the color is iridescent silver.

• If you or someone you know is computer savvy and is talented creating this type of work, be sure that they number and name the following:
• Song name and numbered as you wish for them to be recorded on your USB drives.
• Credit any songwriters involved in the songs.
• If you have a few songs that another person(s) is singing with you, then you can list the names under the song title.
• You can get ideas of how it's done by looking at a music CD of how it was designed.
• IMPORTANT: Be sure that both front and back photos are created in 4" X 4" dimensions, and saved at least 350dpi photo quality.
• Please understand that if the work is not done by a professional, we cannot guarantee the quality after printing. It will be printed in the same quality that we receive it.
• IMPORTANT: Be sure that you have the copyrights to any songs and music adaption that you are using on your music album and be sure to sign the intellectual property rights form before ordering.
• IMPORTANT: If you do not have the rights to the song and music, unfortunately, we will not be able to process the CD Music album for you.

Online programs that you can design a 4" x 4" photo card and be sure and save it in the quality for printing, 300 - 350dpi.
