RETURN POLICY
Please inspect all of your products as soon as they arrive. Any Defective product must be returned within 14 days, no exceptions. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return any defective products to our company. Our company will pay the shipping costs to send a replacement back to the customer. The customer will be given a choice of either a replacement of the defective item(s) or a refund for part or all. Your complete satisfaction is our goal!
Prior to returning any product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Company. The RMA number must appear on your address label. Company reserves the right to refuse delivery of any item returned without an RMA number.
All hardware products must be returned in the original packaging and a copy of the documentation included. Company reserves the right to refuse delivery of any item that is not returned in the original packaging.
Returned products must be in the same condition as you received them. Customer is responsible for all shipping to Company to return and replace product. Product must be returned to Company within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Company will ship replacement product upon receipt of the product to be exchanged and Company will pay the shipping back to the customer.
Company is not responsible for any loss of revenue or profit or other financial damages of any kind whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, suffered by the Customer for any reason whatsoever.
