RETURN POLICY

Please inspect all of your products as soon as they arrive.  Any Defective USB Flash Drive product must be returned within 14 days, no exceptions.  The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return any defective products to our company.  Our company will pay the shipping costs to send a replacement back to the customer.  The customer will be given a choice of either a replacement of the defective item(s) or a refund for part or all.  Your complete satisfaction is our goal!

Music album cover cards are non-returnable.  We provide clear instructions before uploading your Music Album Cover Cards Of the requirements for best quality. If the quality is not satisfactory, It is likely due to a poor quality and low DPI resolution.

Prior to returning any product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Company. The RMA number must appear on your address label. Company reserves the right to refuse delivery of any item returned without an RMA number.

Returned products must be in the same condition as you received them. Customer is responsible for all shipping to Company to return and replace product. Product must be returned to Company within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Company will ship replacement product upon receipt of the product to be exchanged and Company will pay the shipping back to the customer.

Company is not responsible for any loss of revenue or profit or other financial damages of any kind whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, suffered by the Customer for any reason whatsoever.

Please wait until you get your Return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning item(s).  You will get your authorazation in your email. 

It is important to do this ASAP because you only have 14 days from the time of receipt of your order to mail the defective item(s) back to the company. (Determined by Mailing Date Stamp)
